If you represent an institution, you may also include an order reference and you may request a pro-forma invoice. You must also specify a payment method.

On submission of your registration form, we will immediately respond to the specified email address with acknoweledgement of receipt, and this will be followed as soon as possible (in some circumstances this may take several days) with a request for payment.
